Online Ticketing

How To Redeem Your Voucher

We now accept the following vouchers online. These will be labelled as “redeemable online at landmarkcinemas.com” and have silver foil over a portion of the barcode.
·         Corporate Sales – Admit One, Movie Night Bundle, Kids Movie Pack
·         AMA – Admit One, Movie Night Bundle, Kids Movie Pack
·         Calgary Co-Op – Movie Duo

To redeem your voucher
1) Gently scratch off the silver foiled area of your voucher
2) Select the movie and showtime you wish to redeem the voucher
3) In Step 1 of your ticket purchase, enter your voucher code in the Movie 10-Pack, Voucher, Promo Code field
4) Click Apply
5) Your ticket option will appear under Ticket Type and quantity will be pre-selected based on the voucher type redeemed
a. If you selected a regular film, the checkout cost will be $0
b. If you selected a premium experience – 3D, EXTRA, IMAX, XTREME – an additional fee will be applied with the TOTAL amount displayed on the final checkout screen
6) Continue through checkout to receive your electronic ticket

If your voucher includes concessions, please ensure to keep the concession portion of your voucher, to be redeemed in-theatre.

Vouchers are only redeemable online if they say “redeemable online” on the actual voucher and have silver foil over a portion of the barcode. Vouchers that do not have these features are not redeemable online – they are redeemable in-theatre only at our Box Office and Concession.

How To Use Masterpass

• When checking out online at landmarkcinemas.com click the pay with Masterpass checkout button.
• Select your Wallet tool allows you to change which wallet you would like to use to make your purchase.
• To change your wallet at checkout, click on the Select your Wallet tool to display your recently used wallets.

Transaction Issues

If you've experienced an issue while purchasing tickets at Landmarkcinemas.com please email the details of your transaction - listed below - to [email protected]  and we will investigate your transaction and provide a resolution to your inquiry within 48HRs of receipt.

  4. Payment method (credit or debit). Visa, MasterCard, etc. & the last four digits on card.

Ticket Refunds

Tickets purchased online can be refunded, modified or exchanged at the applicable theatre anytime in advance of the movie's showtime with a valid ticket payment receipt. Only refunds and exchanges requested in theatre prior to the ticketed show time are eligible.

Tickets purchased online using a voucher cannot be refunded once the silver foil has been removed from the barcode. These tickets can be modified to a different date/movie/showtime at the applicable theatre in advance of the movie’s showtime.

Pass Restrictions

Select movies may be excluded from ADMISSION PASS usage in the first few weeks of its release to comply with movie distributor limitations. These movies will be identified with a NO PASSES ACCEPTED callout on the movie’s synopsis page and a PASS RESTRICTED callout on the physical admission pass. These passes include, but are not limited to:

  • Admit One Movie Pass
  • Admit One Child Pass

In some instances, Pass Restriction may also include:

  • Run of Engagement Pass
  • Movie Night Out Pass
  • Service Recovery Pass

NOTE: Vouchers (e.g. Costco, AMA, BCAA, Calgary CO-OP), Landmark Cinemas Movie 10-Pack card and Landmark Cinemas gift cards are always accepted for any movie

Reserved Seating

How To Reserve Your Seat

After selecting you movie, showtime and number of tickets, the reserved seating system will automatically recommend a seat(s) for you. Please note the location of the screen on the seating layout.

Your selected seats(s) will be shown in BLUE. Click SELECT to complete your transaction.

Reserved Seat Change

To Change Your Seat – Select another available seats(s). Click SELECT to complete your transaction. Your row and seat number will be printed on your ticket. Please sit in the matching row and seat number in the auditorium.

Reserved Seating and Children

At Landmark Cinemas we welcome Movie Lovers of all ages, and extend FREE admission to young children who are two years of age and under. With the benefit of FREE admission we are unable to RESERVE a seat for young children. If seats are required, the child may be asked to sit on the parents/guardians lap. If there is a seat available, you are of course welcome to use it.

ATOM Tickets

ATOM FAQ bar

ATOM Tickets is a new social, mobile ticketing app and platform designed to make movie-going simple. With ATOM customers can buy movie tickets, pre-order concessions, invite friends without having to pay for them, easily discover new movies, browse trailers, read reviews, and plan their next night out at the movies, all from within the app. There are no paper tickets and no hassling with IOUs. Customers simply use their phone to purchase tickets and concessions and, upon arriving at the theatre, skip the line at the box office and walk directly to the ticket attendant or concession counter, where they scan the QR code on their phone.

Redeeming Your Gift Card

Gift Card Back

When using your gift card to purchase tickets online, you will need to enter both the barcode and PIN located on the back of your gift card. Some gift cards have the word PIN omitted but the number is printed on the top portion of the card's back (see example). To redeem your card for admission or concession items in-theatre, simply hand it to our Cast Member who will scan the card as part of your transaction.

 

Check Your Gift Card Balance

To Check the Balance of your Landmark Cinemas Gift Card click here, and enter your Gift Card number. You may also ask a member of our Cast & Crew at your favourite Landmark Theatre to check your balance for you.

Reload Your Gift Card

Slanted Gift Card

To reload your Landmark Cinemas Gift Card click here and complete the required fields. You may also ask a member of our Cast & Crew at your favourite Landmark Theatre to reload your Landmark Theatre's Gift Card.

Delivery Issues

If you have experienced a delivery issue, including the entry of an Incorrect E-Mail Address related to the purchase of an E-Gift Card please click [email protected] or call 1-866-655-4634, include your reference number (noted on the bottom of your receipt) and your inquiry will receive a response within 48HRS of receipt.

Empire Theatres Gift Cards

On November 1, 2013 Landmark Cinemas purchased certain Empire Theatres in Ontario and Western Canada.  Since November 1, 2013 we made information available to all existing and potential guests of each of our theatres that Landmark Cinemas will provide an opportunity period from November 1, 2013 - April 30, 2014 to redeem their former Empire Theatre gift cards at any Landmark Cinemas location.  The opportunity period for guests to use the former Empire Theatre gift cards was extended to May 31, 2014.

As of June 1, 2014 our official transition contract with the former Empire Theatres group has finished and guests are now asked to contact Empire Company Limited, from whom the gift card was originally purchased, in order to have any remaining balance transferred to a Sobeys Inc. gift card. In order to transfer the remaining balance on a former Empire Theatre gift card, please call 1-877-330-7333.

Empire Theatres Vouchers

All former Empire Theatre vouchers that are co-sponsored with COSTCO, AMA, CAA or AirMiles will be accepted until the expiry date listed on the voucher.

Any Landmark Cinemas/Empire Theatre COSTCO voucher purchased after October 30, 2013 are valid until the expiry date listed on the voucher.

What is SPC?

What do I get with it?

The card is accepted at thousands of locations across Canada, including your local Landmark Cinemas. Plus, there are hundreds of local stores in your area offering you additional cool savings. 

Where can I get the card?

Is SPC only for students?
Yes – of course it is. SPC Card is an exclusive student membership program. Any age student can use an SPC Card.
SUCH AS: elementary, junior high school, secondary school, CÉGEP, college, university, private and public academies and schools of special focus or interest (e.g. language schools). 
Students that are 16 years of age or older may be asked to show valid student ID in order to be eligible to get the discounts. SPC partners have the right to refuse any discount if student ID is not shown.

Can my mom use it?
Definitely NOT!  SPC CARDS ARE FOR STUDENTS ONLY!  Parents cannot use the SPC Card on behalf of the student. If a parent is paying for the purchase then the child must be present and ONLY the child’s items are eligible for applicable discounts. 

Do I have to show my Student ID?
If you’re over 16 yes! SPC partners have the right to ask for student ID to make sure that the person using the card is a student. If you don’t have a valid student ID, your discount may be refused.
Exceptions: VIP SPC Card holders, BMO SPC MasterCard holders and students under 16 do not need to show student ID.

What if I want to share my card?
Don’t even try! Here comes the legal stuff…
Terms of use: SPC Cards may not be shared and are non-transferable. Card sharing is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. Any cardholder who shares their SPC Card will have their privileges revoked. In addition, SPC Card partners have the right to seize a card if it is used by someone: 

  • other than the person whose signature appears on the back of the card.
  • who is not a student. 

What if I loose my card or someone steals it?
Sorry, but you’re going to have to buy a new one. SPC doesn’t replace lost or stolen cards as they can’t be traced.

You may now redeem your Landmark Cinemas COSTCO ADMISSION VOUCHERS at landmarkcinemas.com to receive your movie ticket. Simply scratch off the foil to reveal your entire barcode number – located on the reverse of the admission portion of your COSTCO Landmark Movie Package. Please enter your barcode number in the box indicated in Step 1 of your ticket purchase process and select apply. Please note that only Landmark COSTCO Movie Packages purchased after May 18, 2017 – pictured above – are redeemable on line at landmarkcinemas.com

BCAA (British Columbia Automobile Association)

  • For refund or exchange of your BCAA/Landmark Cinemas voucher, please visit your nearest BCAA location .

How to use

To use your PROMOTION CODE, VOUCHER or COUPON when purchasing tickets at landmarkcinemas.com enter the alphanumeric code displayed on your PROMOTION CODE, VOUCHER or COUPON at time of ticket purchase, click "Apply", and then select your ticket type or package to complete your transaction.

Please note that some PROMOTION CODES, VOUCHERS and COUPONS may only be valid for use online at landmarkcinemas.com. Concession PROMOTION CODES and COUPONS  may only be redeemed at your Landmark theatre at time of purchase at concession.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Landmark Cinemas and its management reserves the right to refuse the refund or exchange of any admission ticket, including but not limited to tickets purchased from a third party seller, including but not limited to Movietickets.com, ATOM Tickets, COSTCO, BCAA, AMA, and Calgary CO-OP. Tickets purchased online can be refunded, modified or exchanged at the applicable theatre anytime in advance of the movie's showtime. Only refunds and exchanges requested in theatre prior to the ticketed show time are eligible and remain at the discretion of the management. All Landmark Cinemas' ticket types including third party vouchers and coupons are not redeemable for cash and additional surcharges and restrictions may apply. Please review the legal disclaimers of your ticket or third party voucher for all applicable terms of use. Tickets purchased online using a voucher cannot be refunded once the silver foil has been removed from the barcode. Program conditions subject to change and/or cancellation without notice pursuant to studio terms and conditions.
