Quentin Lobcock can't go any lower he is in the bottom at his job, his ex-wife is only making his life more miserable - he has no prospects or reason to get up in the morning. Until he finds an alien. It's a life affirming moment- but serious trouble from the get-go. Government agents, his workmates, his boss- all suspicious and closing in. But when you're in the cellar... the only place to go is up.
