Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds for tickets purchased online can be processed by clicking here up to 4 hours in advance of your movie’s posted showtime via our online refund portal. Refunds through our online refund portal will only be processed onto a Landmark Cinemas e-Gift Card and will not be returned to the original purchase card. Refunds can be completed back to the original payment card at the theatre of purchase up to 30 minutes after the posted showtime. The online ticket fee portion of your transaction is refundable as part of the ticket refund process. Any ticket modifications must be completed in-theatre or by contacting your local movie theatre directly.
