Ticket(s) purchased at landmarkcinemas.com with credit or debit cards, Movie 10-Pack or Landmark Cinemas gift cards will automatically receive a refund to the method of payment used for this transaction. There is no action required by our Guests.
Customers who purchased ticket(s) at landmarkcinemas.com with a COSTCO voucher, Calgary Co-op, AMA or any Corporate Sales ticket product will be contacted directly by email, and new vouchers will be mailed to you to replace the previously used one. If your original voucher contained a concessions portion, please keep it to use another time at the theatre.
To receive your refund for ticket(s) purchased in advance at a Landmark Cinemas theatre, including the box office, concession or Kiosk (ABO) please email an image of your tickets to [email protected] including your contact information and address. We will verify your ticket purchase and send you a voucher of equivalent value. Tickets purchased through the ATOM APP will be refunded automatically.
With high volumes, please allow a minimum of four (4) weeks for the processing of your refund. If you have additional questions, please contact [email protected] and you will receive a response to your inquiry within five (5) business days.
Vouchers and Coupons:
All paid vouchers (B2B and AMA) vouchers and coupons, including Buy 30 Get 30 coupons, that expire during our closure period, will be honoured upon reopening until September 30 2020.
Gift Cards and Movie 10-Pack:
Gift Cards and Movie 10-Packs do not expire and will be redeemable once we reopen.
