Ticket Transaction Issue

Please note Landmark Cinemas is experiencing intermittent ticket transaction issues made through its website, landmarkcinemas.com. We ask that you kindly provide the Payment Details related to your ticket purchase as outlined below to [email protected], so that we may process your refund within 72HRS of receipt of your inquiry.

Payment Details

  1. Theatre name
  2. Date of purchase(s)
  3. Payment method:
  • Credit - Please provide card type (VISA, MasterCard or American Express) and the last four digits on the card
  • Gift Card - Please provide the full 16 digit card number
  • Debit - Please provide the name of your bank
  1. Name on card
  2. Amount of purchase
  3. Email address used for ticket purchase
  4. Phone number

THEATRE RESOLUTION

Specific ticket purchase issues may also be resolved at your favourite Landmark Cinemas location. These issues include the following: 

  • If you have not received an email confirmation for your ticket purchase, but have your Booking Reference #, you may print a copy of your tickets using the theatre’s Automated Box Office kiosk, or ask a member of our Cast & Crew at the box office or concession stand to print a copy of your tickets.
  • If you do not have a copy of your Booking Reference #, a member of our Cast & Crew may also search for your tickets using the email address provided for ticket purchase.
